“Music's Biggest Night” is fast approaching! If you want to get really excited about the 2022 Grammy Awards, look no further: fan-favorites BTS and Olivia Rodrigo will officially be performing at this year's awards ceremony.

The Recording Academy has announced their full line-up of performers for this year's show, a star-studded list of 27 artists.

Opening the show will be the funk R&B duo Silk Sonic, made up of Bruno Mars and Anderson .Paak. Besides BTS and O-Rod, other performers taking the stage include Brothers Osborne, Brandi Carlile, Billie Eilish, and Lil Nas X with Jack Harlow, initially announced on March 15.

The full slate of performers was released later in March: Jon Batiste, H.E.R., Nas, Chris Stapleton, Lady Gaga, Justin Bieber with Giveon and Daniel Caesar, John Legend, Carrie Underwood, and J Balvin with Maria Becerra. Entertainers Cynthia Erivo, Leslie Odom Jr., Ben Platt, and Rachel Zegler will also share the stage for a special In Memoriam performance honoring legendary composer Stephen Sondheim.

The Foo Fighters were also originally set to perform at this year's ceremony, but cancelled their performance after the death of their drummer Taylor Hawkins. According to The A.V. Club, there is a tribute segment planned to honor Hawkins during the show.

The 64th Annual Grammy Awards will air live on Sunday, April 3, 2022.

Notable nominations this year include Olivia Rodrigo's stunning seven noms — she's the second-youngest artist ever to be nominated in all “Big Four” categories for her debut Sour — as well as BTS's second Grammy nomination. The South Korean septet is nominated for Best Pop Duo/Group Performance for their smash hit “Butter.”

Lil Nas X is nominated for four Grammys at this year's awards, and Jack Harlow, who was previously nominated in 2021 for his single “Whats Poppin,” has two nominations for his work on LNX's debut album Montero. Like Olivia, Billie Eilish also scored seven nominations this year for her album Happier Than Ever and her music film Happier Than Ever: A Love Letter to Los Angeles.

Jon Batiste is this year's leading nominee with a whopping 11 nominations, including two nods in the “Big Four” categories: his album We Are is up for Album Of the Year, and one of its songs, “Freedom," is nominated for Record Of the Year.

With so many of our faves set to grace the Grammys stage, we are very much looking forward to awards night.

We will keep updating this story as news about the 2022 Grammy Awards breaks.
