This NYC penthouse will have a starring role in ‘Owning Manhattan’ — and now it can be yours for less

This Upper West Side penthouse duplex overlooking Central Park is getting its close-up — and a price chop.

Camera crews have been spotted coming in and out of the posh pad at 15 W. 96th St., which is now on the market for $15.99 million — down from its $18.5 million ask in April.

The five-bedroom residence at Fifteen Off-the-Park will be playing a starring role in Season 2 of “Owning Manhattan,” the hit reality streaming series on Netflix — created by brokerage founder Ryan Serhant — that follows him and his well-dressed crew around some of the city’s swankiest residences as they hustle for deals.

The 4,380-square-foot dwelling comes with five bedrooms, 4½ bathrooms and a 432-square-foot terrace. Details include oversize windows showcasing park and city views, as well as white-oak hardwood floors and 10-foot-high ceilings.

The penthouse, opening to a private elevator landing on the lower level, leads to a foyer, a great room — plus a terrace with a grilling station and room for alfresco dining, gardening and entertaining.

There’s also a windowed eat-in kitchen with a butler’s pantry and a guest bedroom with an ensuite bath.

A windowed staircase leads to the upper floor, which houses the primary suite with park views, a sitting area and a windowed spa bath.

This is the first new development project on the Upper West Side within a block of Central Park in more than a decade, the listing notes.

It features 21 units. Building amenities include a private lounge, a children’s playroom, “oversized” private storage, bike space and a gym.

The listing brokers — Serhant and Nile Lundgren, also of Serhant — declined to comment.
