Adding to the wide range of styles welcomed into the Eastern-inspired Nai-Ke line, Nike is introducing Air Footscape Woven colorway “Let The Way Lead.” The Asia-exclusive model pushes the already crafty design details of the sneaker further with additional patchwork panels to accompany the woven embellishments.

The technicolor uppers feature an array of pastel tones within an asymmetric patchwork of textured fabrics, mirroring the off-center lacing placement. Basket-like weaving details wrap the uppers from the toe caps and around the heel, using interlacing pieces of blue and grey ribbon. Baby blue crackled leather imbues the heel tab with the same rugged sensibilities found throughout the body and also matches the more saturated and speckled blue outsoles.

In good timing for the Spring 2025 release, the delicate colorway gives the impression of springtime blooms with its mixture of textured pastels. The harmonious pairing of patchwork and woven details embraces natural materiality, imperfection and irregularity, which has long been a hallmark of East Asian craftwork aesthetics. Finally, Nike’s swoosh is quietly embroidered on the heel tab and the brand’s Air wordmark is discreetly molded into the midsole, giving the dynamic upper construction full reign.

Stay tuned for updates on the official release date of the Nike Air Footscape Woven “Let the Way Lead,” which will be exclusively available through the brand’s Asian retail channels.
