Ambulance rams into dumper in Jajpur, 1 killed and 3 injured

Jajpur: In an unfortunate incident, an ambulance rammed into a dumper on the National Highway 16 claiming the life of one person and injuring three others near Neulapur railway overbridge under Dharmasala police station limits in Jajpur district on Thursday morning.

The vehicle was carrying a patient from West Bengal to Bhubaneswar for treatment when the ambulance rammed into the dumper.

The deceased and the injured are yet to be identified. The injured have been admitted in a nearby health centre.

Police reached the spot and started an investigation into the matter. More information awaited.
