Five arrested in robbery case; ₹11 lakh recovered

The Kalasipalya police recently arrested five people in connection with a robbery case and recovered ₹11.3 lahk in cash, seven mobile phones worth ₹6 lahk, a car, and a two-wheeler allegedly used in the crime.
According to the police, the incident occurred when 38-year-old Ram Prasad Pandit filed a complaint alleging that unidentified people barged into his office on the fourth floor of a building on Siddaiah Road. The robbers brandished weapons and made away with ₹15 lakh in cash and two mobile phones. A case was registered at the Kalasipalya Police Station, and an investigation was launched.
