East Godavari Collector flags off ‘High-Glow’ science lab in Rajamahendravaram

An air-conditioned bus converted into a mobile science laboratory will be accessible to students in villages across the Godavari region

East Godavari District Collector P. Prasanthi on Friday flagged off ‘High-Glow’ — a mobile science laboratory — donated to Government Arts College (GAC), Rajamahendravaram, by Hyderabad-based software company Hamsa IT Solutions.

An air-conditioned bus has been converted into a mobile laboratory that would be accessible to the students in the villages across the Godavari region. The laboratory-on-wheels is equipped with various science projects.

GAC principal R.K. Ramachandra, Hamsa IT Solutions chairman K.V. Ram Prasad explained the idea behind the mobile laboratory and its road map.

Regional Joint Director of Higher Education, Rajamahendravaram, S. Sobharani and District Education Officer K. Vasudevarao, among other officials were present.
