A dramatic ram raid at Fleur Jewellers in Walton-on-Thames has left the shopfront destroyed and the community shocked.

The incident occurred late on the eve of Black Friday, as thieves used a vehicle to smash through the store’s entrance, stealing valuables before making a quick getaway.

Locals who witnessed the incident said the suspects drove into the shopfront, looted items, and fled in a second car without license plates.

One witness said: "Someone I know saw it happen. They got out, masked up, stole loads of items, and then a getaway car with no plates pulled up and drove off."

A heavy police presence remains at the scene, with officers cordoning off the area as investigations continue. The vehicle used in the raid has been examined, and authorities are reviewing CCTV footage to identify the suspects.
