The singer was decked out in a holiday sweat and smiled while looking off camera for the photo-op. She stood behind a turkey and a tasty side dish as she stood in the kitchen.

Affleck, meanwhile, spent Thursday with ex-wife Garner, 52, volunteering and serving meals to the homeless community in Los Angeles at The Midnight Mission annual Thanksgiving Street Fair. At one point, he was caught looking smitten as he whispered in her ear.

The pair share three children: Violet, 18, Fin, 15, and Samuel, 12.

“Now I’m excited, when you say you’re just going to be on your own. Yes, I’m not looking for anybody, because everything that I’ve done over the past 25, 30 years, being in these different challenging situations, what can I f–king do when it’s just me flying on my own,” she told Nikki Glaser for Interview magazine at the time.

She wondered: “What if I’m just free?”

“For people who are romantics and love being in relationships and want to grow old with somebody, we think, ‘I have to have that to be whole and happy.’ And you don’t,” she went on, noting she’s “not looking for anybody.”

“I did all the work and look at where I am, and then it was like my whole f—ing world exploded,” she added. “It feels lonely, unfamiliar, scary. It feels sad. It feels desperate. But when you sit in those feelings and go, ‘These things are not going to kill me,’ it’s like actually, I am capable of joy and happiness all by myself.”
