The inspection also found shortage of medical staff. There were 10 special rooms and only 3 patients were found to be receiving inpatient treatment. The Medical Superintendent said that due to a shortage of staff in the hospital, not many patients are being admitted. However, when pressed on the issue, the Medical Superintendent could not provide a satisfactory explanation.
