Huge 1.8kg Cadbury and Oreo treat box that's 25p per treat now at Costco beating price

by · Wales Online

Amazon customers are snapping up a large box of Oreo and Cadbury biscuits, which contains 1.8kg of treats and is now priced at £15.79, down from £21. The convenient box is perfect for packed lunches and is so good it keeps selling out.

Both Cadbury (normally £21) and Staples (£20.88) who sell the box are currently out of stock. But it's available on Amazon still - and cheaper than wholesaler Costco, who sell it for £15.79. That's if you opt for the free-to-cancel subscription, which brings the Amazon price down to £15.

The box contains 64 assorted biscuit treats, including eight packets of Cadbury Fingers, 15 Snack bars, 18 Time Out bars, and 23 Oreo packets (each containing two biscuits). The Cadbury and Oreo Selection Box has gone down a treat, 4.6 rating out of 878 reviews.

One customer commented: "Really good value and a great selection for school pack ups! " Another said: "Also great for get togethers/parties. Plenty of chocolates and a good selection. Bought as a Christmas present and it didn’t disappoint. Great value for money." A third remarked: "You can't beat Cadbury chocolate in my humble opinion, unless you want to spend stupid money. These are great! Good value, and the Oreos are a nice addition too."

A fourth said: "My family love these boxes! Such a wide selection and they are all so great! The box they come in is easy to lift and great to help you store them. We love all the items in the box so it's good for us to get this. Very happy with this product!" reports Devon Live.

Some customers have expressed dissatisfaction with the taste of Cadbury's chocolates since a new company took over. One customer remarked, "Since new company took over Cadburys chocolate does not taste the same and in fact tastes quite rubbery." Another added: "Who can resist a large box of chocolate goodies? This seemed like a good buy due to the selection that it offered, however, I found that there was a bias towards the Oreo biscuits rather than an equal mix of all the products. The size of the items are ideal as a snack and being Cadbury's are satisfying. The price does seem to fluctuate quite a bit for this box of treats so if you fancy trying a box for yourself, keep an eye on the prices."

You can get the Cadbury and Oreo Big Box of Treats for £15.79 on Amazon. For those looking for alternatives, Amazon has a deal on Kinder Happy Moments at £18.26 for a 1kg box. Or the Everything Sleekster from Hotel Chocolat is a good, fancy option if you want to go a bit upmarket.
